Job Description
The Brattleboro Food Co-op is seeking a Bakery Cook to prepare excellent quality breakfast and dessert items in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of practical baking experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated, organized, responsible, flexible
- Effective communication skills
- Professional baking experience; 3-5 years practical application
- Quick and proficient cooking skills, knife work, and an understanding of large scale production
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
