Job Description
We’re looking for AWS Connect Engineers with 5+ years of experience to develop and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Configure Amazon Connect—queues, routing, users, and access controls.
- Build and optimize IVR/contact flows using AWS Lambda.
- Support CCP integrations and custom extensions.
- Implement and manage Contact Lens for insights and QA.
- Integrate Connect with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
- Maintain documentation and work closely with cross-functional teams.
