Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualification (or near completion).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian public practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office (Excel essential); experience with Front highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a readiness to embrace new technology.
