As an Email Deliverability Consultant at Braze, you will provide deliverability support to customers, prioritize tickets, and conduct investigations into email sending practices. You will work closely with various teams to develop and iterate on strategies that improve both customers and teams.
Requirements
- Deliverability concepts and customer management skills
- 2-3 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand
- Polished and articulate ambassador for the team and company
- Well-versed in industry best practices and success in identifying and remedying deliverability issues
- Ability to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format to customers
