Braze is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to support the Retail segment, leading complex evaluations, and serving as a technical leader. The role requires travel, up to 50% at peak times, and is based in the Chicago office.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity with structure and good judgment
- Collaborative teammate who is known for follow-through and partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes, ideally within or adjacent to regulated industries
- Domain knowledge in two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Data and Architecture, Security and Compliance, or Programming (including HTML)
