We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, SMB to lead commercial relationships and drive growth for Braze's customers in the SMB segment. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS sales for mobile and/or marketing technology, with a proven track record of success in navigating organizations and identifying decision makers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience renewing and expanding existing SaaS solutions contracts
- Background in SaaS sales for mobile and/or marketing technology
- Proven success navigating organizations and the ability to quickly identify decision makers and the decision-making process for Braze's SMB customer segment
