Breaking Ground is a non-profit organization that operates nearly 4,000 units of housing across New York City, Connecticut, and upstate New York. The Assistant Director, Programs, Transitional Housing role is responsible for overseeing clinical and case management services, supervising staff, and ensuring the safe and effective operation of transitional housing programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in 24/7 programs and working with homeless or formerly homeless populations strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
