Case Manager, LINK

We are seeking a Case Manager to provide outreach and case management services to people experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and two years of experience working with homeless adults.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Two years of experience working with homeless adults
• Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques strongly preferred
• Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
