Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager, Transitional Housing to provide case management services to people experiencing homelessness, assisting them in the transition to permanent housing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 2+ years of experience working with homeless adults and substance abuse issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience working with homeless adults and substance abuse issues
- Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
