Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager, Transitional Housing to provide case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will work with a caseload of 15 clients to assist them in achieving housing and recovery goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience working with homeless adults and substance abuse issues
- Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English
