Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the common areas of our residential buildings, including sweeping, mopping, washing, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as cleaning individual units and assisting with special events.

Requirements

• Comparable work experience
• Experience operating of vacuum cleaner, high speed buffer
• Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, etc.
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to stand for several hours during shift and to climb stairs in the event of an emergency
• Experience working with special needs populations a plus
• Basic knowledge of using a computer is a plus, but is not required
