Housekeeper

We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the common areas of our safe haven in Brooklyn, NY. The Housekeeper will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comparable work experience
• Experience operating of vacuum cleaner, high speed buffer
• Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, etc.
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to stand for several hours during shift and to climb stairs in the event of an emergency
• Experience working with special needs populations a plus
• Basic knowledge of using a computer is preferred
