Housekeeper

We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the common areas of the South Strand Safe Haven. The successful candidate will have comparable work experience, operate vacuum cleaners and high-speed buffers, and be able to lift and move furniture. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Comparable work experience
• Experience operating vacuum cleaner, high speed buffer
• Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, etc.
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to stand for several hours during shift and to climb stairs in the event of an emergency
• Experience working with special needs populations a plus
• Basic knowledge of using a computer is a plus
