Painter

We are seeking a Painter to join our maintenance department at The Christopher, a residential building providing permanent, supportive housing to low-income New Yorkers. The Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and cleaning up assigned areas, as well as assisting with housekeeping and maintenance.

Requirements

• Three years of comparable work experience
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances
• Ability to use and stand on a ladder
• Basic knowledge of computer
