Painter

The Painter is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting for apartment homes, common areas, and buildings within a multi-family community.

Requirements

• Previous painting experience, preferably in multi-family or residential settings
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Basic drywall repair skills required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods)
