Job Description
The Residential Aide will assist in ensuring effective service delivery by providing staff support, maintaining program stability, and engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness. The Aide will be responsible for monitoring the area, providing resources, and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
Requirements
- Monitor the area and provide resources to clients
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, stable environment for clients
- Incident management: Report and document incidents, crisis interventions, communicate with on-call management team
