Job Description
Breakwater Technology is a technology solutions company looking for a Team Lead to join their growing team in Tallinn, Estonia. The successful candidate will contribute to team leadership, recruitment and onboarding, and people management, and have previous experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working with Agile teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience relevant to this role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Various knowledge and tools for guiding and leading people (such as coaching; mentoring etc)
- Experience working with/leading Agile teams
