Manage and grow the Midwest territory, support and develop relationships with dealer partners, identify and pursue new prospects

Experience managing B2B sales in the Midwest, background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales, strong relationship-building and business development skills

3 years of shop experience, overhead crane operation, and ability to lift 60 pounds

High school diploma or GED, previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance technician experience, ability to obtain CDL B

3+ years of welding or metal fabrication experience, MIG welding proficiency, ability to read blueprints and work to specifications

Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience, ability to learn a new trade, and a customer-focused mindset

1-2 years welding experience is preferred, with MIG welding experience preferred. Must pass AWS and QC standards. Blueprint reading knowledge is helpful

3+ years of industrial or commercial painting experience preferred. Must be agile and able to move up and down heavy equipment. Eye for detail and paint application skills

Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance technician experience and a high school diploma or GED

High school diploma or GED, hands-on experience in a calibration laboratory, field service, or related technical environment, ability to work independently
