Welder / MIG Welder (Weekend Shift)

We're looking for a Welder / MIG Welder to help build the foundation of our quality products. You'll fabricate and weld steel components that support infrastructure across the country. You'll thrive in a stable, team-oriented environment where following processes and producing consistent, high-quality work is deeply valued.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in welding or metal fabrication preferred
• MIG welding proficiency required; ability to pass AWS/internal QC weld tests
• Ability to read blueprints and work to specifications
• Familiarity with overhead crane operation and safe lifting techniques
• Capable of lifting 60 lbs. and working on your feet for 12 hours/day
• Dependable work ethic and appreciation for consistency, order, and teamwork
