Job Description
B-TEK Scales, LLC has a people-focused technical support opportunity available. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and resourceful Technical Systems Support Specialist to support our West Coast dealer network. This is a dynamic technical service role that interacts with customers, sales teams, service technicians, and product experts to help resolve questions related to scale systems, components, hardware and software.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in electronic/computer hardware and software
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage one's own schedule, travel, and priorities
- Previous experience in the scale and weighing industry (or similar industrial automation or metrology fields)
