Breg is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead the development of detailed project plans and oversee end-to-end execution of complex project plans. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of project management experience, and prior supervisory experience in healthcare reimbursement. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive project decisions and ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) medical device is highly preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement tools, including value stream mapping, fishbone diagrams, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), pareto analysis, root cause analysis, and/or control plans required
- Intermediate to advanced experience and skill using PowerBI
- Advanced computer skills, including effective use of web browsers/internet research and comprehensive proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Outlook, MS Office, including advanced skills with Word, Excel, and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint for executive level presentation
