Job Description
Brembo is looking for an International Tax Manager to report to the V.P. Tax and play a crucial role in managing key tax aspects at a Group level, including international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and M&A. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Business Service Organisation, Legal, and other tax teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
- Tax specialization preferred
- Professional certification (CPA, CTA, or equivalent) preferred
- 5–8 years’ experience in international tax, ideally with a mix of Big 4 advisory and in-house roles within multinational groups
- Broad knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and M&A
- Experience with tax audits, APAs, MAPs, and controversy management
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
