Lubrizol is seeking an International Tax Manager to join their growing tax team. The role provides a unique opportunity to increase tax technical skills through exposure to complex global tax issues while learning from a strong team of experienced tax professionals.
Requirements
- Oversee U.S. international tax compliance (Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, Forms 5471/8858/8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law
- Manage and review income tax accounting calculations, including non-U.S. tax provisions
- Develop and train senior tax analysts and tax analysts
- Perform tax technical research including analysis of Federal tax laws
- Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimize effective tax rates and cash taxes paid
- Support business initiatives from a tax lens, including cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and assess impact on Lubrizol’s operations
- Support company positions in tax audits and inquiries, liaising with external advisors and tax authorities
- Manage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership
