
Job description
The Account Manager will work closely with customers to provide technical solutions and support business development. They will be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and preparing reports on account performance.
The Account Manager will troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide solutions to accelerate business developments, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services. They will also manage contract negotiations, prepare reports, and support the team with other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have good business acumen, communication skills, and strategic thinking abilities. They will be able to build long-standing relationships with customers, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
