As Manager Process Design & Excellence, you will develop and implement sustainable process and organizational structures for the E-Commerce organization, shape the way it works, and create prerequisites for clear and effective decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Conceptual design and further development of complex end-to-end processes and organizational structures
• Definition, introduction, and further development of standards and best practices for processes, responsibilities, and ways of working
• Process modeling and structuring of work, interface, and decision logic
• Analysis of complex relationships, dependencies, and mechanisms to identify relevant levers
• Development of decision-making concepts and options for central issues
• Clarification and establishment of responsibilities and sustainable governance structures
