Job Description
Manager Process Design & Excellence for E-Commerce organization, developing processes and organizational structures for clear decision-making and high-performance. Responsible for conceptual design, process modeling, and structuring work, interface, and decision logic.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in process excellence, organizational, or process design with high conceptual depth in E-Commerce area
- Ability to present complex content in clear, structured, and address-oriented manner
- High standards for conceptual quality, clarity, and effectiveness
- Security in dealing with different stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to prepare, bring about, and advance decisions without formal leadership responsibility
