Job Description
As Manager Process Design & Excellence (m/w/d), you will take on a central responsibility for the further development of our E-Commerce organization. You develop sustainable processes and organizational structures and create the prerequisites for clear, well-founded, and effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the field of Process Excellence, Organizational or Process Design with high conceptual depth in the field of E-Commerce.
- Outstanding ability to prepare complex contents clearly, structured, and address-oriented - especially as a decision-making basis.
- Security in dealing with different stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional organizational structures.
