Senior BDR Team Lead

As a Senior BDR Team Lead, you will combine team leadership, hands-on outbound expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven prospecting. You will manage a team of BDRs and be responsible for structuring and continuously improving our outbound motion across France and the Rest of Europe.

Requirements

• Solid experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong background in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Experience managing or mentoring BDR or SDR teams for at least 3 years
• Genuinely curious about modern sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows
• Data-driven and analytical, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communicator, comfortable operating across multiple markets and cultures
• Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus
