Job Description
Join Stibo Systems as a Team Lead, Sales Development to lead a high-impact SDR function and drive team performance, develop talent, and play a central role in creating pipeline across EMEA & APJ. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on commercial execution in a fast-paced IT/tech market.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
- Previous experience managing or mentoring others
- Experience selling enterprise software
- Fluent English is required, professional working proficiency in French is strongly preferred, Spanish is a plus
