Job Description
Brex is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join their Design team, creating experiences that make complex systems feel effortless through thoughtful, scalable design. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of motion design experience and a portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual storytelling, UI motion, and brand animation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of motion design experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of visual storytelling, UI motion, and brand animation
- Deep experience with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, and sound design basics
- Familiarity with front-end animation (Rive, Framer, etc.)
- Strong sense of composition, pacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into emotionally resonant video
- Experience owning projects from idea through delivery with a high degree of autonomy
- Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
