Senior Motion Designer

Fireblocks is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring their brand to life through animation and video. The role involves defining the brand motion system, designing motion assets, and creating UI and product animations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling
• Proven experience creating Lottie animations optimized for web performance
• Ability to simplify complex or technical products into clear, instructional, and engaging visuals through motion
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High bar for craft, polish, and design quality
