Senior Motion Designer

Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets & cryptocurrencies. We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring our brand to life through animation and video.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proven experience creating Lottie animations optimized for web performance
• Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex or technical products into clear, instructional, and engaging visuals through motion
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High bar for craft, polish, and design quality
