Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Brex is a spend management platform that helps companies manage spend with confidence. The Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack role will build and scale the foundational infrastructure that powers core experiences across Brex.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack products
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python)
• Experience architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability distributed systems
• Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query performance tuning, and schema design
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
• Experience with modern frontend technologies and tools like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack
