PRN Speech Language Pathologist

Provide skilled, medically necessary speech and language therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide training and education to clients, family, caregivers, and other professionals.

Requirements

• Active/Valid Illinois license in Speech-Language Pathology
• SNF/Long term care experience preferred
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
