Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)

Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) responsible for providing skilled, medically necessary speech and language therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Provide augmentative and alternative communication systems and training to clients and professionals.

Requirements

• Active/Valid Illinois license in Speech-Language Pathology
• SNF/Long term care experience preferred
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
