BEAM Discovery is seeking Counselors/Teaching Assistants to work with students from low-income and historically marginalized communities with exceptional potential in math. The role involves supervising students, running social and community activities, and working with students on mathematics. Counselors must be strong mathematically, reliable, and take initiative. They should be charismatic and able to help the kids have fun.
