Commercial Real Estate Transactions Counsel

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactions Counsel to manage the full lifecycle of real estate and corporate transactions. This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, with frequent interaction with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years legal experience in a law firm, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong proficiency with technology for managing real estate transactions, creating complex documents and spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects while consistently meeting critical deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
