Commercial Real Estate Transactions Paralegal

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactions Paralegal to serve as a key partner to the General Counsel, the Legal team, and the Transactions team. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions driving efficient execution from due diligence through closing, and post-closing matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years legal experience in a law firm, with a specific focus on commercial real estate transactions
• Strong proficiency with technology for managing real estate transactions
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects while consistently meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure, handle sensitive confidential information with discretion and work effectively with minimal supervision
