Real Estate Paralegal

Continental Properties is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to facilitate commercial real estate development transactions, reporting to the Legal Development Director and working with in-house attorneys and external title companies. The role is a full-time position with a hybrid working environment, allowing for up to 2 days of remote work per week.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years paralegal experience in a commercial real estate environment
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development, due diligence, and closing transactions
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
