We are seeking an Executive Director, U.S. Public Policy to lead our end-to-end U.S. public policy strategy related to Medicare, Medicaid, and payment models. The role requires 15+ years of experience in U.S. health policy and a graduate-level degree.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in U.S. health policy
- Graduate-level degree required (MPH, MPP, JD, PhD, MBA)
- Prior CMS experience, payor, and/or top-tier management consulting experience with deep CMS and HHS exposure strongly preferred
- Extensive expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and U.S. payment models
- Recognized public policy expert with demonstrated experience engaging CMS and HHS as regulators
- Extensive professional network across CMS and HHS
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and policy modeling capabilities
- Proven ability to operate independently and lead public policy strategy in a complex organization
