Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support to Delivery Teams, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You will work with a variety of contract types, mainly NEC4, and travel to Client sites and meetings as required. The role is based at our HQ in Midsomer Norton, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in QS environment with use of the NEC4 suite of contracts
• Confident in reading and understanding project scope documents & drawings
• Competency of MS Excel to advanced level
• Full UK driving license & own transport
