Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support to the Delivery Teams, manage tight deadlines, and work with various contract types, including NEC4. You will also be responsible for reviewing and finalizing awarded contracts, managing invoicing, and overseeing the change control process.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in QS environment with use of the NEC4 suite of contracts
• Confident in reading and understanding project scope documents & drawings
• Competency of MS Excel to advanced level
• Full UK driving license & own transport
