Alpha Engine - Management Coordinator

Bridgewater is seeking a Management Coordinator to support senior investors and operations management, driving smooth and efficient day-to-day process management. The role requires passion for managing processes, ensuring services are achieving the goal of the senior leader's world running smoothly at every level. The Management Coordinator will work closely with senior executives and teams to ensure long-term goals are executed effectively and will have exposure to many different areas of work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, business operations, project management, or similar type of role
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to operate excellently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Ability to prioritize and work cross functionally when managing several concurrent threads
• Ability to work with and manage various stakeholders in service of a common goal
• Experience running and improving operational processes
• Ability to work flexible hours (e.g. some evenings) as required to match the needs of the team(s) you support
