Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled products, platforms, and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a technically rigorous environment.
- Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership, with a track record of driving initiatives through to realized business value.
- Strong, pragmatic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to different delivery contexts.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes, teams, and organizational execution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
