This role involves not only a deep understanding of our technology but also a profound ability to empathize with customer needs, translate technical challenges into impactful business solutions, and drive technical discussions on how Bridgit will meet their workforce planning needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally within SaaS or workforce planning solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to empathize with customer challenges and translate them into effective technical and business solutions.
