Job Description
The Busser is responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves assisting servers, maintaining sanitation and safety, stocking supplies, and ensuring excellent guest service. It also includes managing assigned sidework.
Requirements
- Friendly and energetic
- Detail-oriented team player
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Food Handler Certification
- Restaurant experience (a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills
