Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all ware in the kitchen, including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, either by hand or using dishwashers. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient kitchen operations, with an emphasis on food safety and sanitation.

Requirements

• Maintains the dish area.
• Cleans and organizes the back of house.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation standards.
• Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers).
• High dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, wipe and handle extreme heat for extended periods.
