Server

The Server is responsible for delivering hospitality and excellent service to guests in the restaurant. This role encompasses dining areas cleanliness, safety, and guest experience satisfaction. It also includes taking orders, preparing food, and processing payments.

Requirements

• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 30 lbs.).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
