Requirements
- Lead the business unit objectives for sales and profit performance
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to sales team
- Monitor, manage and direct supervision of Account Managers
- Manage payroll, productivity and staffing in region/branch
- Lead bench strength planning in order to achieve and maintain sales growth requirements
- Manage and coordinate all requests received from other sales areas, branches, corporate, etc.
- Partner with cross functional partners to ensure assigned locations are in alignment with the company
- Perform other related duties as assigned
