Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We're looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Poole Montessori Day Nursery. The role involves supporting colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, and working as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
